IMPORTANT: CHRVA/USAV MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL MOCO PROGRAMS

If you do not have a NEW 2023-2024 CHRVA/USAV Membership, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR A MOCO CLINIC.

CHRVA/USAV MEMBERSHIPS EXPIRE ON 8/31 OF EACH YEAR SO YOU MUST PURCHASE A NEW ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TO ATTEND THIS CLINIC.

All program participants are required to be members of CHRVA, the governing body for USA Volleyball in our region.  Becoming a member of CHRVA is a separate process from the MOCO registration, and all fees are paid to CHRVA and USA Volleyball, not to MOCO Volleyball Club.  Once you complete the registration, you will receive a 7-digit (no letters) CHRVA Membership number.  Please provide this number in the appropriate field for your registration.

  1. Go to https://www.chrva.org/page/show/5837249--chrva-memberships, and choose the ANNUAL JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP based on your child’s age and gender and click Register.
  2. If you do not have a SportsEngine account from other activities, enter the email address of an adult and follow the process to create a new account.  It's very important to create the SportsEngine account for the parent/adult first and then add your child as an athlete sub/profile under your parent account.
  3. Once you have created the account, the process will continue.  Either select your child or click ADD A CHILD to add a new child to your account.
  4. Complete the child information and finish the CHRVA registration process.
  5. Make a note of the 7-digit (no letters) number that appears at the end of the process (Membership ID).  You'll need this for our clinic registration.

MOCO Volleyball 2023 Fall Training Program - COMPELETE

MOCO’s Fall Training Program provides volleyball players of all skill levels the opportunity to improve their skills and play competitive volleyball.  The program runs from September 6, 2023 - October 29, 2023.

A UNIQUE APPROACH TO FALL VOLLEYBALL

Our Fall Training Program is unique---it is not a recreational league or a clinic.  What makes our Fall Training Program special:

  • Experienced Coaches for Each Team: Teams are coached by our club volleyball coaches.  Our coach-to-player ratio gives players more direct, personalized instruction than a recreational league.
  • Accelerated Skill Development:  Our coaches structure practices to work on specific skill development needs.  Players receive 3+ hours of skill development coaching each week, plus their competition time.
  • Great Competition:  Our Sunday sessions combine skill development led by our most experienced coaches--with more than 75 years of combined coaching experience--with scrimmages and game-like drills. Our games are fast-paced and scored, aligning with our belief that a training program should be challenging while giving players lots of chances to succeed.
  • Low Cost: Our training program provides players with a club-level volleyball experience at a very low cost -- less than $10 per hour of instruction.
  • Teams Organized by Age and Experience: Players of different ages develop volleyball skills at different speeds.  We organize our teams so players of similar ages and experience levels are together.
  • Preparation for Club Volleyball: If your player is interested in playing club volleyball, our training program gets them ready for tryouts.  A large number of our club players got started in our fall programs.
