MOCO Clinics provide new volleyball players with the opportunity to work on the fundamentals of the sport. The intermediate level allows more experienced players to continue to grow their knowledge of the game. Players will develop their volleyball skills through a combination of instruction, drills, and grills (game-like drills).
Beginner (girls and boys ages 8-15): For players new to volleyball and players with limited volleyball experience. Players who have only attended one MOCO clinic session (5-6 clinics total) in the past should sign up for the beginner clinics.
Intermediate (girls and boys ages 8-15): For players with 1+ years of volleyball experience. Players who have attended multiple clinics or have participated in a rec league or middle school or high school JV team should sign up for Intermediate clinics.
